Refund Policies
- Returns/Exchanges/Refunds are allowed for non-electronically transmitted type products purchased here if returned within 30 days in the same excellent condition that products were in when leaving our warehouse, minus the original shipping and handling charge. We do not pay shipping and handling charges for customers' returned or exchanged packages, and we do not accept CODs. This form must accompany all returns or exchanges.
- There are no refunds once you purchase a Scruffbooking® membership(s) or renewal(s) -- no exceptions apply.
We are grateful that chargebacks are rare, but we take this issue very seriously. Anyone who orders a membership or a product(s) then attempts to do a chargeback will be noted as an outcast from our dog-lovers community at Scruffbooking.com. Fraudulent chargebacks may be turned over to a law enforecement or a collection agency.
